"MANALI"....... a dream destination

ManaliVaivastav Manu and the seven sages (saptrishis) were towed to safety by Matsya - the Fish, believed to be the first incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the preserver, during deluge - the Pralaya. It is here in Manali or 'Manu alaya - the home of Manu', that the ark of Manu touched ground. The resurgence of not only human race but also of all other living creatures took place all over again. No wonder out of the whole world it is only in Manali that the ancient temple of Manu maharaj exists and is worshipped as God. Nestled between the mighty Himalayan ranges, this land is an adventurer's bliss with spectacular landscapes, challenging turbulent river Beas and its many tributaries, ski slopes, awesome but magnificent glaciers, eternal snow, lofty peaks, cascading streams and waterfalls, lush green meadows and apple laden orchards.
